Where Can I Build?

The map below shows the boundaries of areas served by Northwest Housing Development. Current or recent developments are indicated in their approximate location with a red star that looks like this .

Future developments will be located within these areas as funding becomes available to purchase suitable land at reasonable cost. Thus, most future developments will likely be built in rural locations.

Applicants may apply for participation in multiple areas, and they will be placed in construction groups according to their preferences and the date they submit a completed application. Groups may have to wait until suitable property in their preferred areas is purchased and prepared. Construction will begin when the property is ready and six to 10 households are approved for their construction loan.
