to Owning Your Own Home
Are you determined to own your own home no matter what it takes? If so,
you may be just the person we're looking for.
Application Review
Completed applications are reviewed for preliminary
eligibility based on the information supplied. Eligible applications
are entered onto our waiting list. Being placed on the waiting list does
not guarantee eligibility for a loan.
Application Selection
When building lots become available in a specific area, applications are
selected from those that have indicated a preference for that area on
their application. Individuals are contacted according to the date when
Northwest Housing Development received each application. Although our
waiting list is at times quite long, you will be contacted as soon as
possible on a first come first served basis within geographical areas
chosen. If we are unable to contact you or you do not respond within a
reasonable period of time, your application will be removed from our waiting
list.
Selection to join
a construction group is based on:
- Eligible income
level.
- Credit worthiness.
- Desired area(s)
to live in as indicated on application.
- Date the completed
application is received by Northwest Housing Development.
